Sherry Gwen Proctor, age 64, passed away August 1, 2016. Visitation 1-8 Friday with the family present from 6-8 and Funeral service 2pm Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Smith Mortuary, Derby. She was preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Thompson. Survivors: husband, Sammie Proctor; children, Robert Curtis, Kristina James, and Danette Curtis; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; father, Louis Thompson, II; siblings, Diana Sodowsky, Cindy Jarnigan, and Louis Thompson, III.
