Sherry Gwen Proctor, age 64, passed away August 1, 2016. Visitation 1-8 Friday with the family present from 6-8 and Funeral service 2pm Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Smith Mortuary, Derby. She was preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Thompson.
