Sharon L. Gibson, 84, passed away May 31, 2025 in Wichita, KS. She was born September 25, 1940 to Kent and Muriel (Houser) Gilmer in Winfield, KS.
On May 21, 1960 she married Gary W. Gibson. He survives. Other survivors include three children, Kirby and Kathy Gibson of Douglass, KS, Kimberly and Scott Burch of Douglass, KS, Kendra & Ron Cornejo of Wichita, KS, nine grandchildren, Koal Gibson, Klair (Chase) Banister, Kordell (Ashley) Burch, Guthrie Burch, Kolby (Patricia) Cornejo, Kelly (Jeff) Grier, Kurt (Michelle) Cornejo, Kourtney (Wes) Spencer, Kirbie (Tyler) Condon, 13 great grandchildren, one brother, Noble (Rosie) Siroky of Olathe, KS, two sisters, Janice (Greg) Robinson of Seattle, WA, Christine (Jerry) Failing of Douglass KS. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Wesley Siroky.
Private services will be held at the Douglass United Methodist Church, 204 S Willow St. Douglass, KS 67039. She will be laid to rest at the Douglass Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial has been established with Douglass United Methodist Church, 204 S Willow St. Douglass, KS 67039.
