Young, Selbert L. Young, 86, retired Oil field worker, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Visitation: 2-8pm Sunday; Service: 2pm Monday, March 14, 2011 both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary Chapel, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita. Selbert served with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Cecil Young and Melvin “Dick” Young; sister Lola Mae Young; son Ronald Young; grandchildren Jeremy and Brittany Young. Survivors: wife, Charlotte; brothers, Tom Young, Jimmy (Gloria) Young; sisters, Bernice Calhoun, Joyce Gore, Nita (John) Mellick; sons, Jerry Lee (Judy) Young, Rickey Allen (Dawn) Young, Selbert Len Young, Terry (Kathy) Wolf, Michael Wolf, Timothy Wolf; daughters, Connie Smith, Cheryl (James) Longpine, Patricia (Louis) Morgan, Tamara Darling, Brenda Eller, Debbie (Steven) Fitzgerald; 35 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren.
