Sandra Wilbeck, 74, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. She was born November 21, 1942 in Wichita, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marlon and Freda (Cartwright) Wilbeck; and sister, Carolyn Richards. Sandra is survived by her uncles, Phillip Cartwright; Jerry Cartwright and his wife, Mary; numerous cousins, Starkey family, and friends. Visitation: Thursday, 6 to 8 pm. Funeral: 10 am, Friday, March 17, 2017; both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca St., Wichita, KS 67213. Memorial contributions may be made to Starkey, Inc., 4500 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209.
