Samuel “Raymond” Kimball, Sr., age 70, of Derby, retired Cessna Aircraft employee, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014. Visitation 1-8 PM Wednesday, with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 AM Thursday, Derby Church of the Nazarene, 840 N. Woodlawn, Derby. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Mabel Kimball; brother, Willard; sisters, Evie Kimball, Elsie Eckel and Edna Sunday. Survivors: wife, Christine; son, Sammy (Leah), Wichita; daughters, Brenda Willis (Mitch), Wichita, Amanda Wilson (Eric), Sedgwick; brother, Jr. Kimball, Delaware, OK; sister, Dorothy Riley, South Coffeyville, OK; grandchildren, Libby and Lilly Willis, and Macy Weimer.
