Wichita - Our Sunshine, Samantha Earlene Gay, 39, passed into eternal life on April 19, 2021

She was born on September 10, 1981 to Timothy and Leslie (Boyd) Gay

Samantha was a Para for the Haysville, KS school district.

Samantha’s children describe her as a crazy, fun, and caring mother. She was there for them and tried to get whatever they wanted. She was the most beautiful and caring woman in the world.

Samantha had an infectious laugh that always made you feel better. She was a beautiful mother, daughter, sister and friend. Samantha was a hard worker and wanted to make sure her children were taken care of. Samantha was a huge family person and she loved them fiercely and passionately. As a child, she was known as the “master shoe thief” as if you were missing shoes, you would need to find Samantha to find you shoes.

Samantha is survived by her children; Kailey Gay, Jaden Gay, Maddox Dixon, Sophie Dixon and Suade Dixon, Father; Timothy Gay (Jane Gay) of Arkansas, Mother; Leslie Smith of Galena, KS, Sister; Molly Clough and family of Wichita, Sister; Jennifer Smith and family of Haysville.

Samantha was imperfectly perfect. She was loved by many and the family will miss the fun times, laughs, and love she brought wherever they went together.
