Sally Theresa Swain

Sally T. Swain, 81, passed away August 20, 2015 at Westview Manor in Derby.Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, 1415 N Rock Rd, Derby. Sally was preceded in death by: husband, Jimmy C. Swain; parents, William A. and Lona M. (Tucker) Bennett; and brother, Marion E. Bennett. She is survived by: two daughters, Shirley Smith (Kelly) and Janice Slusser (Earl); three grandchildren, Chris Slusser (Lori), Ben Smith, and Kyle Smith; one great grandchild; Sawyer Montoya; brother, Mark W.
