Sally Hall (née Stewart), October 22, 1951 - December 3, 2024 (73). Sally passed away, unexpectedly, Dec. 3 at home. Sally was born in Wellington, KS. She attended All Saints Catholic School and Mount Carmel Academy, graduating in 1969. She obtained her bachelors in business from Newman University in 2003.
Sally’s career was spent in healthcare. She began working at St. Joseph Hospital in 1976 and worked in different supportive roles until she left to work at Galicia Heart Hospital (Wesley Woodlawn). After retiring she took a part-time position at Dillon’s until she fully retired in 2020.
Sally was a fun-loving woman who cherished her family and many co-workers, some who have remained close friends over the years. She loved organizing events like trunk-or-treat and blood drives, for which she always had to make her extra chocolaty brownies. She loved Colorado, animals, enjoyed feeding wildlife and trying out new recipes.
Preceded in death by her parents, Fred and “Tina” Stewart, and brothers-in-law, Patrick Woodward and Shawn Hall. Survived by her husband, Tony, son, Stewart Haddad, daughter, Melissa Haddad, sister, Mahala Woodward (Patrick), nieces and nephews: Ted, Andy, Ned, Anne, Zac, Erin, Taylor, Josh and Harley; sister-in-law, Elaine Rogers (John), brother-in-law, Tim Hall (Delaine) and many others whom she considered family.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Wichita Union Stockyards located at 6251 W MacArthur Rd from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
