Russell Bailey, 87, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018. He was born August 6, 1931 to Harry and Charlotte (Sperry) Bailey in Connecticut. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Joan; and his sons, Scott and Rex Bailey.
