Ruby Charlton

Ruby Charlton was born in Oklahoma City in 1936 to Ulman and Ruby Davis and was the youngest of 8 children. Ruby grew up in Minco, OK where she met her husband, Jesse Charlton. They moved a lot due to Jesse's military career. They retired in 1972 and bought a ranch in Reese, KS. Ruby relocated after the death of her husband to Eureka and eventually moved to Derby.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and 7 of her siblings.

Ruby is survived by her two children, Sheri Sterrett and Rodney Charlton, and five grandchildren, Kari Wages, Kim Dickerson, Kristie Lord, Derrick Charlton and Rusty Charlton. Ruby also has 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service to be held at Smith Mortuary on Saturday Jan. 11th at 11:00am.
