Rose Ellen Macy

Macy, Rose - (Woods) passed away peacefully in Wichita, Kansas on April 28, 2022 at the age of 88. Rose is survived by her three children, Karen Karr, Timothy Macy and David Macy, (9) grandchildren and (8) great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert, (5) sisters, (2) brothers and (1) grandchild. Rose was born in Joplin, Missouri to Parents James and Cloe Woods. After getting married, Rose and her husband Hubert moved to Wichita, Kansas and raised their three children primarily in Kansas, Washington and Missouri. Rose was passionate about her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rose and Hubert spent many years in retirement traveling around the US reaching almost every state in the country. A service will be held in Neosho, Missouri at the Belfast church (Google maps can find the location by typing in Belfast Church, Neosho, Missouri) on June 18th at 1:00 pm. for both Rose and Hubert (who passed away in 2018).
