Ronald Von, “Ron” Marx, age 56, passed away October 13, 2017. Ron served in the U.S. Navy for 15yrs. He is survived by his wife, Melodie; children, Michael Von, Christopher Ray, Aleia Nicole, Rebekah Lynn; 5 grandchildren; mother, Sharon; sister, Michele Richardson. Ron is preceded in death by his father Richard. Visitation 1-8pm, family greeting 6-8pm Friday evening at Smith Mortuary – Derby, 1415 N. Rock Road. A celebration of life service will be held at 11AM Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Rose Hill Christian Church, 314 N Rose Hill Rd, Rose Hill, KS 67133.
