Ronald Jack Julius

78, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023. He was born March 22, 1945 to Clarence Carl Julius and Marie Emma Sieker in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ronald enlisted in the Army in 1963 and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal. Ronald was a retired electrical engineer from Boeing and Professional Engineering Corporation. He enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jamie Sanchez; daughter-in-law, Lori Julius; brothers, Robert Julius, Richard Julius

Ronald is survived by his wife of 41 years, Trudy; sons, Guy Julius; Ty (Liliana) Julius; daughter, Micheline Hatfield; grandchildren, James Julius, Chad (Taylor) Sanchez, Blake (Ashley) Sanchez, Brett (Melynda) Sanchez, Brianna Hatfield, Tryston Hatfield, Sierra Julius, Jasmine Julius; 6 great grandchildren; sister Ima Jean Carson.

Visitation: Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037. Funeral Service: 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
