Ron passed away April 5, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday from 9am – 8pm at Smith Mortuary – Derby. Funeral Service 1pm Friday at Woodlawn United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his parents Bill and Elsie, and brother Billy. Survived by: companion Cathy Arbuckle of Wichita, children Alan Sweat of Hawaii, Marni (Darren) Morrow of Wichita, and Ryan (Michelle) Sweat of Derby, grandchildren Lindsey, Bo, Luke, Layne, and Loren, brother Don (Linda) Sweat of Lenexa, KS, nieces Ashley and Courtney.
