Roger Glen Epperly, Sr., of Derby, age 59, Spirit employee, passed away, Friday, March 16, 2012. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday with family receiving friends 6-8 PM, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 2 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2012, Grace Presbyterian Church, 5002 E. Douglas, Wichita. Burial will follow the service at Hillcrest Cemetery, Derby. Roger is preceded in death by his wife, Janet; father, Glen; and sisters, Judy and Colleen. Survivors: son, Roger Epperly, Jr. (Bridgette Crowley), of Wichita; daughter, Rachel (Christopher) Range, of Derby; mother, Paradine “Pat” Epperly, of Blackwell, OK; brother, Dexter Epperly, of Ponca City, OK; sisters, Mary (William) Stafford, of Ponca City, OK, and Melinda (James) Dobson, of Deer Creek, OK; grandchildren, Erin Ann Epperly and Emily Nicole Range.
