Survivors: son, Nathan Bookout of Fredonia; daughter, Jaclyn Nave (R.T.) of Wichita; beloved pet, Sallie Sue; sisters, Judy Wilson (George), Sandy Adams, all of Wichita; grandchildren, Ciera, Collin, Cody, Clayton, Cheyenne, Grace, Brooklyn; niece, Tammy Moffett; nephews, Cris Adams, Grady Adams, Grant Adams; daughters-in-law, Samantha Medlin of Douglass, Christine Schmitz, Michelle Moss of Wichita.
