48, passed away Wednesday, April 27th, 2022. She was born February 11th, 1974 to Robert Decker and Betty Decker in Coffeyville, Kansas. She graduated from East High in 1992. Joey liked reading books, being social and really loved her pets. Throughout her life, she worked in the hospitality industry ranging from waitress to manager.
Joey is survived by her parents, Bob and Betty Decker; brother, Dan Decker (Kara); grandmother, Justina Decker; nephew, Riley; nieces, Makayla, Olivia, Callee, and Paisley; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation: Friday, May 6th, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, Kansas 67037. Celebration of Life: 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 7th, 2022 at Smith Mortuary, Derby.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Substance Abuse Center of Kansas, 731 N. Water, Suite 2, Wichita, KS 67203.
