Robert W. Phillips 61, retired general contractor, died March 15, 2016. Survived by wife, Cara; daughter, Danielle Randleman (Toby) of Wichita; Matthew Phillips (Alyssa) of Goddard; sisters, Linda Comfort (Randall), Barbara Phillips, Connie Hawbaker (Olin); 6 grandchildren; 6 nieces; 1 nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Ruby Phillips; son, Benjamin; nephew, Justin. Viewing: 2-8pm Sunday, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service: 11am Monday, March 21, 2016, also at the mortuary.
