76, passed away Monday, November 25, 2019.
Gathering and dinner will be held December 12, 2019 from 5:00 - 9:00 pm at Cactus Cantina, 2802 S. Hydraulic, Wichita.
Robert is survived by his wife, Malinda Carroll; two children, Natasha Summers and Amber Holland; five granddaughters, Haley, Fran, Krysten, Korin, and Kaylee.
A memorial has been established with the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
