Robert Clifford Edwards

Robert (Bob) Edwards passed away at the age of 79 on July 24, 2021. He is survived by his wife Kathy, two sons, Brian and David (and wife Lynn), stepson Matthew Burton and step-daughter Andrea Burton, granddaughter Sandi Edwards Perry (and husband Eric) and grandson Luke Edwards. He is also survived by his sister Jackie Woerl and husband Ron and nephews Russell and Joel Woerl.

Bob was born on May 6, 1942 in Birmingham Alabama. He graduated from Maplesville High School and served in the U.S. Army. He graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from Auburn University and was County Engineer in Autauga County, Alabama and Green River, Wyoming and was also Public Works Director in Rose Hill, Kansas.

Bob was an avid tennis player and enjoyed playing cards with friends. He loved riding motorcycles and also loved all animals, in particular his many cats through the years.
