He was a retired electrical engineer. He enjoyed woodworking, electrical projects and singing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Vicki Jo and Shirley.

Richard is survived by his sister, Karen Oliver, brother-in-law Bob Fluke, nieces, JoAnne Fluke, Heather Roy, nephew, Brandon Fluke(T.J.).Numerous great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation at 9:00am preceding the Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, February 15th, 2024 at Mulvane United Methodist Church 107 S. Central Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Interment to follow at Mulvane Cemetery.

[In lieu of flowers] memorial contributions may be made to the Frog Diner at the Mulvane United Methodist Church.
