June 8, 1930 — June 18, 2018
Richard Lee Low, 88, died Monday, June 18th, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Lillian Low and wife, Betty Jo. Richard is survived by his sons, Curtis Lee Low (Jane E.), Ricky Joe Low (Marva Ann), Kyle Lee Low (Becky), Mike Joe Low (Marvene), Scott Lee Low (Michele); 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
No visitation. Graveside Memorial Service: 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at Mulvane Cemetery, East 119th Street S Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Memorial contributions to American Legion, 410 SE Louis Blvd., Mulvane, KS. 67110.
