Richard Lawrence Higgins

Higgins, Richard L., 76, owner of Higgins Bros. Construction for 40+ years, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. Memorial at his church, Spoken Word Tabernacle, 4200 W. 3rd, April 8, 2017 at 11:00 am. His generosity spoke of the great love he had for his family and friends. Fishing, baseball, and grandkids were the joys in his life! Richard is survived by his daughter, Sherri (Darren) Owens; grandchildren Brett Owens, Heather (Roger) Pemberton, and great-grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan and Aubree; brother, Donald (Mary) Higgins and ex-wife Karen, a true friend to the end.
