Richard Eugene Craine

Richard "Dick" E. Craine, 57, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, September 2, 2012. He was an employee of Cargill Meat Solutions in Wichita. Dick was a graduate of the University of Illinois, and has always been known as an avid Illini fan and proud Illini father. Dick was also an extremely proud Jayhawk dad. Dick is survived by his wife Sheryl, son Kevin, and daughter Courtney of Derby, mother Frances, brothers Roger (Lenore), and Dean (Penny), 6 nephews and a niece, all of Illinois. He was preceded in death by his father Harold "Gene" Craine. Visitation on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road in Derby from 5pm to 8pm.
