Renee Piper Bryant

Renee I. Piper - Bryant, age 73, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2026. She was born on February 6, 1953 in Wichita, Ks, to Jack M. Garfield and Dollie M. Eddings Garfield.

Renee was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her family meant everything to her, especially her children and grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

Renee enjoyed gardening, fishing, and taking road trips. And, of course, she enjoyed smoking! She was a stubborn, caring, and outspoken woman who always spoke her mind. Beneath that strong personality was a heart filled with love for the people who meant the most to her.

Renee was preceded in death by the love of her life husband Don Piper, her daughter, Tammy Piper, and her brother, Lloyd Sherbon, sister Penny Garfield, Darleen Swafford, Jackie Garfield and sister Roxanna Garfield

She leaves behind her loving children, Diana Sparks (Dale Sparks) and Wayne McBride; her cherished grandchildren, Lakrisha, Joshua, Shanea, Kayla, Amber, and Janea; and by her precious great-grandchildren, Emma, Mira, Lyrik, Messiah, and King.

She is also survived by her siblings, including Wanda Perry, Nina Hase, Mary Belton, Lois Long, Loretta Burns, John Garfield and Dollie Bostick.

Renee retired from Beechcraft in Wichita, Kansas, after years of working. 

Renee will be remembered for her strong spirit, her outspoken nature, her caring heart, and the love she had for her family. She leaves behind many memories that will be treasured forever by those who knew and loved her.

Though she is no longer with us, her love will live on through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those whose lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved. May she rest in peace.
