Reed P. Glenn, 94, served during WWII. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 34 years of service. Reed went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 14, 2015. He was born December 11, 1920 in Richfield, KS, to Fred Garfield and Leona Clare Tipton Glenn. His parents, first wife, Ruth Crotinger Glenn and son, Michael Reed Glenn precedes him in death. Survived by wife, Betty Cathey Stone Glenn; daughters, Mildred Foster (Max) of Topeka and Martha Lawter (Charlie) of Wichita; son, Clifford Glenn (Zee), all of Wichita; step-children, Craig Stone (Juanita) and Cathey Sander (George), all of Wichita, Carmen Hartjes (Harry) of Plano, TX; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Viewing: 2-8pm Thursday, with family present from 6-8pm at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service: 11am Friday, September 18, 2015, Pathway Church, 2001 N. Maize Rd., Wichita. Graveside service: 2pm Mountain Time, Saturday, September 19, 2015, Syracuse (KS) Cemetery. Arrangements with Culbertson-Smith Mortuary.
