Randall “Randy” A. Palmer, 58, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. He was born June 4, 1958 to Charles F. “Fred” and Naomi L. (Tucker) Palmer in Wichita. He was preceded in death by his father. Randy is survived by his mother, Naomi Palmer; sisters, Kim Rose and Patricia (Darrell Johnson) Palmer; brother-in-law, Dale Rose; nieces, Sharla Rose and Leah Griep; nephew, Justin (Casey Solmon) Rose; 4 great-nieces; and 2 great-nephews. Memorial service: 2 pm, Wednesday June 29, 2016 at Smith Family Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060.
