Rachel V. Stanton Storment Moss, 78 passed away peacefully, with her children by her side, June 13, 2017. Private family graveside will take place. Preceded in death by: son, Donald Storment; sisters, Martha Flud, Phyllis Priscilla Carter; grandchildren, Gavin Rourk, Grant Rourk.
