Priscilla Nulik (Pierce)

January 12, 1942 – April 22, 2025

Priscilla Nulik (Pierce), a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, at the age of 83. Born in Anthony, Kansas, on January 12, 1942, to Edward and Thelma Nulik. Priscilla grew up in Caldwell, Kansas, and graduated from Caldwell High School in 1960. She later moved to Wichita to attend Business College, where she met her husband, Douglas Pierce. Together, they raised two daughters, Tracy and Kelly.

A true supporter of her family, Priscilla spent 25 years as an Air Force wife, faithfully following her husband’s assignments across the country. She embraced each new place and always put her family first. For many years, Priscilla dedicated herself to her career as a secretary, working with various businesses. Her most cherished role, however, was at the Beechcraft Employment Office, where she made lifelong friendships. No matter what she was involved in, Priscilla’s biggest joy came from being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and going to their activities, cheering them on with love and pride in her heart.

Priscilla was also an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Her passion for the team was evident in her love for the game, and she never missed a chance to cheer them on, always staying hopeful for another winning season. IYKYK!!

Priscilla’s love for animals was a defining part of her personality. Her dogs, Alfie and Curly, were more than pets—they were her constant companions and a source of comfort, staying by her side until the end of her life. Her unwavering faith in God and love for the Lord shaped her life, and she was a kind, crazy, fun-loving and generous spirit to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Nulik; her mother and step-father, Thelma and Robert Gardner; and her ex-husband, Douglas Pierce.

She is survived by her two daughters, Tracy (Vince) Chace and Kelly (Morgan) LeClair; her grandchildren, Sara (Jarred) Srock, Emily (Jason) Gruner, Doug Chace, Anna (Hunter) Kistler, Morgan (Courtney) LeClair, Madison (Zach) Haynes, and Mason (Neleigh) LeClair; great-grandchildren, J.W., Marek, Judd, and Monroe Srock, Jett Gruner, Aurora Kistler; Hayden, Dean, and Mack Haynes; her brother, Don (Betty) Nulik; and numerous nieces and nephews; and her two beloved dogs, Alfie and

Curly.

Priscilla’s memory will live on through the love she shared with her family and friends, and the warmth she brought to all who knew her.
