Phyllis H. Miller, 100, passed away April 18, 2018 in Mulvane.
She was preceded in death by husband Jake.
Survived by sons, Phillip of Kingston, NY, Kent (Janice) of Augusta; daughter, Elizabeth (Laird) of Florence AZ; three granddaughers, Nichole (Scott); Michelle (Mike) and Eva (Rob); four great grandchildren, Haley, Jacob, Max, Kyle.
Service 10am Monday, April 23, 2018 at Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd, Mulvane. Visitation will precede service from 9am to 10am.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Villa Maria, 116 S. Central, Mulvane, KS 67110 or Good Shepard Hospice, 7829 E Rockhill St #403, Wichita, KS 67203.
