Phillip Dean Higgins

Phillip D. Higgins, 67, retired self employed contractor, died Thursday, May 10, 2012. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kayla Higgins-Sheel; siblings, Jack, Walter and Joseph Higgins, Shirley Filgate, Yvonne Higgins. Survivors: wife, Theresa; children, Liz Higgins, Jennifer Westerman and her husband Aaron, Brian Higgins, Jason Higgins and his wife Annuli; siblings, Don Higgins and his wife Mary, Richard Higgins, Sandra Cranford and her husband Jim; 7 grandchildren. Memorial service: 10am Monday, May 14, 2012, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary Chapel, 115 S. Seneca. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita.
