Derby - Garrison, Philip Alan, 62, died Thursday, October 7, 2021.
Visitation, with the family present, will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, October 15, 2021, at Smith Mortuary. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Living Word Christian Church, 201 N Derby. Graveside service to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Derby.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Colleen Garrison and brother, Sid Garrison.
Phil is survived by Ryan Garrison (Megan), Sue Garrison, Peyton Garrison, Caleb Garrison, Macie Garrison, and Harper Garrison.
Memorials have been established with St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or St Mary Parish Catholic School, 2306 Meadowlark Blvd, Derby, KS 67037.
