Peter A. Starling, 34, died March 3, 2015. Visitation will be 1-5pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N Rock Rd, Derby. No services are planned. Survivors include: mother, Julia A. Starling; brothers, James Starling (Dee) and Paul Starling (Kara); and nephew, J.J. Starling. He was preceded in death by his father, Martin Starling; grandparents, Ruth and Carl Waugh, Sr, and Dorothy and Everett Starling.
