Peggy J. Wike, 58, former Sedgwick County Zoo groundskeeper, died Sunday, August 5, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband Norman. Survivors: daughter, Shelley Gardner; sister, Jill Jenkins; granddaughter, Courtney Lipke; step-children, Rodney and Maria Wike. At Peggy’s request, there will be no viewing and graveside services only. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Monday, August 13, 2012, Douglass Cemetery, Douglass, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Douglass Library, 319 S. Forest, Douglass, KS 67039. Arrangements with Culbertson-Smith Mortuary.
