Peggy Jo Long

Peggy Jo Long, age 69, went to be with Jesus on July 1st, 2017. Private services will be held. She was born February 16th, 1948 in Norwood, MO to Joseph and Eula Sears and was married to William Long on September 22nd, 1973. She is survived by her three children: Nathan, Rachel, and Sarah, sisters: Phyllis Sears and Joyce Davis: and her mother Eula. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Sears and her brother, Joseph Sears Jr. She was a social worker then became a stay at home mother. She traveled to Alaska, New Zealand and other parts of the U.S. and world. She liked to go camping, read books, and loved flowers and birds. Her humor, kindness, thoughtfulness, and wisdom will be greatly missed
