79, passed away Saturday, November 3rd, 2018. After Sunday, November 18th's church service, a memorial lunch will be held at Triumphant Faith Center, 5103 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67217. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Irene Higbee; brothers Gale Higbee and Richard Higbee; and sister Pat Christopher. She is survived by her daughter Tracie (John) Brown; sister Betty Nelson; and grandson Marc Brown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Triumphant Faith Center, 5103 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67217.
