Pauline Boutwell

Pauline Boutwell, 97, of Belle Plaine, KS passed away March 29, 2021. She was born on May 2, 1923, daughter of Clyde and June (Cherry) Hendren. Pauline retired from St. Francis hospital, where she worked in admissions and as the mail clerk for 15 years. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Mulvane, KS. Pauline enjoyed being a homemaker and being a Mom. She always loved when her sister Betty and brother-in-law came over on Friday nights to have a bonfire and cooking out by the river. On October 16, 1943, Pauline married O.C. Boutwell. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1999. She also is preceded in death by her parents, brother Ray Hendren, Her sons Steve and Gerry. She is survived by her sister, Betty Pierce; daughters, Barbara Lewis of Springfield, TN and Kathy (Bob) Redenius of Belle Plaine, KS. She has 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 31, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm at Smith Family Mortuary – Derby

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Smith Family Mortuary Chapel 1415 N. Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037.
