Paula Rae Stout

Derby – Stout, Paula Rae, age 69, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011. Memorial service 1pm Thursday at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Doc Barnard and Pauline Edwards. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Zack Stout; children, Pam (Kevin) Clark of Maize, KS, Danielle (Robert) Taylor of Wichita, KS, Zack (Syrina) Stout, II of El Dorado, KS and Melissa (Don) Nuse of Tulsa, OK; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Nancy (Wayne) Churchill of Texas City, TX, Janette Hancock of Waco, TX, Sandy Azais of Bealton, VA, R.L. (Elaine) Barnard of Duncanville, TX and Rhonda (Mike) Clampitt of Waco, TX; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 808 S.
