Paul W. Storment, 37, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013. Friends may sign the book from 10-4pm Monday at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Graveside service: 10am Tuesday, September 10, 2013, White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Paul is survived by his parents, John and Mary Storment; children, Damon and Kaylee Storment; sister, Ginger Weatherby; brother, Joshua Storment.
