58, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023. He was born September 19, 1964 to Paul Mayfield and the late Beverly Mayfield in Wichita, Kansas.

Paul was proud to serve as Captain of the Motor Patrol for the Midian Shrine. He graduated from Mulvane High School, attended Wichita State University, and Central Drafting College.

He was preceded in death by his mother Beverly Mayfield; brother, Greg Mayfield

Paul is survived by his father Paul Mayfield and wife Norma Durnil-Mayfield; brother, Monte Mayfield; Bob and Loretta Mayfield

Visitation: Monday September 25, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Derby 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037.
