Paul David "Dave" Anderson

Paul David "Dave" Anderson was born May 8, 1960 in Wichita, KS. He went home to meet Jesus December 31, 2025.

Dave spent most of his childhood in Wichita. He graduated from Wichita South High in 1978 where he met, and later married, the love of his life, Teresa "Terri" Delong, March 10,1979. Dave graduated from Wichita Area Technical College and began his 43 year career as an Dave from career electrician. He ended his career as an electrical inspector for Sedgwick Co. Dave's greatest accomplishment in life was raising his 2 daughters, Famie (West) and Katie (Young), and watching his 3 grandchildren, Phoenix & Harrison (West), and Avery (Young) grow up.

Dave loved people, music, but most of all, he loved the Lord. He could make anyone laugh and lit up every room. He was a master of his trade and took much pride in that.

Dave leaves behind his wife, children, grandchildren, mom Helen Duerksen, sisters Cheryl Hamilton, Susie Whyte, Carrie Coulter, brothers Lee Anderson, Mark True, James Anderson Wnyte, James and so many beloved nieces, nephews and in-laws. He is preceded in death by father Morris D. Anderson, step-father Jake Duerksen, sister Linda Webster, brothers John Anderson and Rick True, and niece Christian Ray.

Viewing will be held Tuesday Jan. 6 from 4-7pm, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary. Service will be held Saturday Jan. 10th at noon, Evidence Church 11135 W. Kellogg Dr., Wichita, KS. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dave's honor to Family Promise of Greater Wichita.
