Patsy B. Armstrong, age 75, retired Farmers Insurance Company employee, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday, Funeral Service 10 AM Tuesday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Ira & Mary Cooper; brothers, Jim and Curtis Cooper; and sisters, Joan Vanhaverbek and Mary Ada Owens. Survivors include her son, Kelly Craig (Ana), Derby; brothers, Jack Cooper, and Michael Cooper, both of El Dorado; grandchildren, Judah, Josiah, Mia and Gabe Craig.
