Patricia “Pat" McMinn, age 77 passed away November 29, 2016. Visitation 12:30-2pm; Funeral 2pm both Saturday, December 3rd at Smith Mortuary- Mulvane, 501 S.E Louis Blvd. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marie Yates; step-father, Leo Meyer; husband, Andy McMinn; great-grandson, Brillyn Adams-Weerts. Pat is survived by her children, Scott Ireland (Michele Martin), Lisa Ireland; grandchildren, Ashley Adams (Cody Weerts), Blythe (Aaron) Swayze; Dawn Schulze; great-grandchildren, Abby, Arya, Kolt, Liam; and her husband Andy's family. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is established with the Ronald McDonald House in Pat’s great-grandson Brillyn Adams-Weerts memory, 2501 Cherry St. Kansas City, MO 67108.
