Pat Kitterman

Kitterman, Patricia "Pat" L., 74, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 7th, 2024. She was born January 25th, 1950 to Retired Major Howard and Clara Houston in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

After her husband Larry’s passing, Pat spent her time volunteering with St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Friends of the Derby Public Library, American Legion Post 408, Derby Community Education, Assistance League of Wichita and the Lord’s Diner. She also enjoyed playing bunco, bingo, bowling, traveling with her girlfriends and watching her granddaughter's sports and school programs. She also loved giving back to the community.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry; sister and brother in law, Cal and Sandy Moulton and brother in law, Gale McIntire. Survivors include her children, Dax (Kelly) Kitterman and Samantha (Jon) Hundley; grandchildren Elliott and Ryan Hundley, Hailey and Ethan Jeffery, all of Derby and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Friday, December 13th, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 North Rock Road, Derby, Kansas and graveside service, Saturday, December 14th, 2024 10:00am at El Paso Cemetery, 700 E. Kay Derby, Kansas 67037.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund, 2300 E Meadowlark Rd, Derby, KS 67037 and American Legion Post 408 Foundation General Fund, 120 E Washington St, Derby, KS 67037.
