93, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. She was born September 15, 1923 to Lloyd and Jessie Hartley in Wichita, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James L. Harvey; siblings, Leigh Hartley, Deloris Ridings and Richard Hartley; and grandson, John McElravy. Patricia is survived by her children, Judy McElravy and Fred Harvey; grandchildren, Patrick (Lori) McElravy, Michael (Laurissa) McElravy, Becca (Rhody) Harris, and Ben (Toni) Harvey; great-grandchildren, Ruby, Zeke, Sam, Kylie Brooke, Erin, Evan, Ethan, John Fredric, Makayla, Jamey, and Renea; 3 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
