74, passed away Friday, July 29th, 2022. She was born July 20th, 1948 to Chester Smith and Reba Duncan Smith in Batesville, Mississippi. She met Oscar E. Becker at Derby Junior High School. The high school sweethearts were married in 1966 and had their first child in 1967. Pat was a loving mother, not only to her own three children, but also to 13 foster children that she dedicated her time to. As she raised her family, she achieved state certification as a licensed cosmetologist and later in her career for teaching cosmetology.

She was preceded in death by her her parents; brother, Gary Smith; and by sister, Carol Smith Henderson.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 56 years, Oscar E. Becker; children, Monty Becker, Andy Becker (Wendy), Melissa Young (Michael); grandchildren, Lauren Young (Jacob Baker), Layne Becker (Elissa), Cade Becker, Drew Becker, Patsy Cassube (Tory), Paxton Pounds (Sean), Gracie Becker, Matthew Irvin, Spencer Irvin; great-grandchildren, Audrey Becker, Copeland Oscar Becker.

Memorial Service: 10:00 am, Friday, August 5th, 2022 at Smith Family Mortuary, Mulvane.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society,

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, or to a charity of your choosing in her name.
