Pamela Kay York of Haysville, 56, died Saturday, January 9, 2016. No visitation. Celebration of Life Memorial Service: 1pm Saturday, January 16, 2016, Prairie Trail Cowboy Church, 8552 S. Broadway, Haysville. Survivors: husband, Michael; parents, Ernest and Wanda Helton of Haysville; children, Brooke Caldwell of Moore, OK, Ashley Caldwell of Wichita, Lucas Caldwell of Wichita, Brandon York (Penny) of Rockland, Maine, Marcus York of Haysville; siblings, Mike Helton (Vickie) of Haysville, Debbie Perez (Pete) of Wichita, Cheryl Berger (Mike) of Peabody; 7 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Troy Caldwell and nephew Joshua Helton. A memorial is established with Prairie Trail Cowboy Church. Flowers should be delivered to the church.
