Pamela Montgomery

Pamela Montgomery, 69 years old, of Udall, Kansas, passed away on May 3, 2022.

Pam was born on Friday the 13th, 1952 to Lillian and Shigeo Otake in Maui, Hawaii. After graduation from Baldwin High School, she went on to study at Central Missouri State University. While there she met James Montgomery. They were married in 1972. They soon were shipped to England by the Air Force where their son, Scott was born. After the Service, they moved to Oklahoma. They began a new journey in life there along with the birth of their daughter, Amy. They decided to go back to school where they attended Oklahoma State University. There Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree. They continued their schooling at Central Missouri State University. Pam received a Master’s degree in Sociology. They traveled and tried to enjoy all that life brings. They eventually moved to Kansas and Pam spent her time dedicated to raising her children. She has spent her remaining years traveling and providing an endless supply of love, acceptance, unwavering support, and extreme pride for her grandchildren.

Pam was preceded in death by her mother, father, and baby sister.

She is survived by her husband, James of Udall, her son, Scott, her daughter, Amy and her husband, Adam, her grandchildren Allison, Jessica, Scott, Lucas, Jacob, Isaac, and her great-grandchild, Aiden. She was also survived by her brother, Glenn, and sister, Gayle.

Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Udall on Friday the 13th of May 2022 at 10:00 am.

She will be forever missed and loved.
