Pamela Kaye Evans

Derby - Evans, Pamela Kaye (Hunt), age 65, member of First Presbyterian Church in Derby, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011. Memorial service 1pm Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church, 324 N. Baltimore Ave., Derby. Pam was born to Harold Edward and Dores (Calhoon) Hunt on June 19, 1945 in Wichita. She taught in the Nursing Dept. at Butler Community College before retiring in May 2005. Pam was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia L. (Evans) Weber; mother, Dores C. Hunt. She is survived by her husband, Gary L. Evans of Derby; son, Kenneth L. (Carrie) Evans of Topeka; grandsons, Nicholas and Dillon Evans of San Angelo, TX, Ryan Brown and Kyson Evans of Topeka; father, Harold E. Hunt of Wichita; siblings, Penny S. (Howard) Walker of Clearwater, Martin E. (Sue) Hunt of Derby; sister-in-law, Connie (Cecil) Box of Wichita; numerous nieces and nephews; son-in-law, Ty (Kim) Weber of Grove City, OH.
