Orval "Red" Barkley, Jr.

Red was reunited with his wife Louise on January 7, 2025. He was a Loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Red provided and loved his family. He was a retired Jewel Tea Salesman. Red loved playing pool, checkers and telling jokes. He is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Louise; parents, Daughter Karen Sons Chuck, Randy & Granddaughter Cindy.

Survivors include son, Ron (Gina) Barkley; daughters, Rhonda (Brian) Stanwix and Cheryl Schrader; 10 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren.

Viewing: Red will lie in state from 1 pm to 5 pm on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Smith Mortuary-Haysville. Visitation from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Smith Mortuary on Saturday, January 18, 2025, 7031 S Broadway, Haysville, KS 67060.

Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Burial service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
